The aim and purpose of the Guidance and Counseling Department of Jubilee School is to support and sustain individuals in obtaining maximal growth and development in accordance to their potential so that they can become individuals of good moral standing and well oriented towards the future to expanding human values.

With assistance from the Guidance and Counseling Department the individuals learn to introspect and know themselves better in a positive light (preventive) and to nurture and develop optimally (preservative) so that they can deal with and handle problems facing them in future (corrective).

The Guidance and Counseling Department is ever ready to act as a partner and friend to anyone who needs help, be it from the students, parents or educators.

1. Individual Growth and Understanding (for FEP/SD classes 5 & 6)

2. Understanding Yourself (SMP class 7, SMA class 10 and FEP grades 7 & 11)

3. Preparing to Face the Future (SMA classes 9 & 12, FEP grade 8)

4. Various character building seminars for the students

5. Accompanying student activities outside the school (outings and field trips)
